I collaborated with Astro Lighting for my final year short project and I was challenged to create a light which embodied their core values of quality, British design for a hospitality environment.

 

My research led me to design a wall, pendant and floor light for a 4* hotel market that emulated an organic form. It was decided that Plaster was the most suited material for the light as Plaster would provide a smooth, organic form and a quick manufacture process of casting.
