Work Experience
Forza Projects – Designer September 2018 - Current
At Forza I work with the sales team to provide CAD support for various projects, via space planning, technical drawings and visual product/layout imagery, utilising AutoCAD and PCon. Using these services, I deliver support to new and loyal clients with their project enquires by providing detailed quotes, current technical information and physical samples of requested finishes. I also lead and deliver design projects, to which I have designed Forza promotional materials and I organise social communication through Instagram, Linkedin and forza.co.uk. As I progressed at Forza, I now lead small scale projects and process orders across various international brands, such as HAY, Holmris and Cassina.

Nest.co.uk- Customer Care Intern February - September 2017
Throughout this internship, I developed my knowledge of sales and the skills to maintain loyal customers. As I worked for Nest.co.uk, a company that specialises in selling various premium furniture brands to an international online market, I was able to expand my own design awareness and design language as I assisted with furniture and lighting sales. My role was to ensure that I listened to customers and answered their queries with a polite and informative response, which I answered effectively and promptly via Live Chat, email or by phone.
