Dining Table

For this project, I was challenged with creating a table that only utilised metal and timber. This allowed the design to be created with a material focus. I was challenged to design for an independent cafe and to design in their aesthetic. A local pizza place was chosen called Craft & Dough which held the aesthetic of industrial forms. This was the main focus of inspiration for the table.

The steel frame consisted of cross-legged steel, walnut tabletop and steel tablemats bolted to the walnut.
