To enhance my knowledge of design brands and understanding of customers, I worked with Nest.co.uk as a Customer Care Advisor. Nest.co.uk specialise with selling various premium furniture brands such as Anglepoise, Tom Dixon and Vitra. My task was to ensure that customer satisfaction was constant by replying to emails, phone calls and live chats throughout.

 

This not only improved my confidence with customers but my understanding of what they looked for in designs. To further Nest.co.uk’s knowledge of the brands they sold, I was provided a project in which I gathered information of the popular products they sold to keep information up-to-date. This was done through speaking with other brands, researching their previous price lists and current websites.
